As prescribed:

Iced Vanilla Coffee Milk

3 cups strongly brewed decaf coffee, chilled
1 cup FF milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp sugar substitute
1/2 c FF whipped topping
pinch ground cinnamon
4 cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

in a pitcher, combine coffee, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute.

fill 4 (10 oz) glasses with ice. pour coffee mixture over ice. spoon 2 tbsp whipped topping into each glass.

garnish with ground cinnamon and/or cinnamon stick.

makes 4 servings:
per serving: 50 cal, 2 g protein, 6g carb, 0g fat, 1mg chol, 0g fiber, 45 mg sodium

Modifications to make 1 serving a free food for Nutrisystem:
Use only 1 tsp vanilla extract (1/4 tsp for one serving)
Use only 1 tbsp FF cool whip OR 1 tbsp SF chocolate syrup

Diane's Easy Chicken Salad:
Mix 1 3oz can of pre-cooked chicken with 1-2 TBSP (to your taste) of FF Miracle Whip. Season with minced onion (fresh or dried) and Adobo seasoning.
