Banana with SF Chocolate Syrup and FF Cool Whip

Diane's Easy Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

Day 66 - (2 veggie + 1 fat + 1 protein)



Diane's Easy Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Filling (mix enough for desired quantity of mushrooms):
FF or Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
Original Essence of Emeril, to taste
Basil, to taste

Spray bottom of cookie sheet or glass baking dish with Pam Olive Oil. Fill mushroom caps and place in dish. Spray lightly with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.

"Neapolitan" Yogurt

Day 66 - (1 protein + 1 fruit + 1 free)

4 oz Light n' Fit Strawberry Yogurt
4 oz Plain, FF Yogurt
1/2 Med Banana
drizzle SF Chocolate Syrup

Thin Crust Pizza (with Roasted Mushrooms and Steamed Snow Peas)
