- 6/23/08 -- Haven't posted much recently. A good friend died and I was sick soon after. I have new photos, but I haven't uploaded them yet. Stay tuned.
- 5/26/08 -- Big update. :) Thank you to those that visit and encourage me! We can do this!
- 4/29/08 -- Back to Nutrisystem 100%, now that the semester from Hades is over. More pictures and recipes to come!
- 4/10/08 -- First day of my Nutrisystem photojournal! I'm only photographing dinners right now, but hope to add other meals soon.
Motivation
I think food is beautiful -- it nourishes and fuels our bodies and the juxtaposition of colors on a plate is visually pleasing.
I want to conduct an experiment. I want to take pictures of my Nutrisystem dinners every day. I want to document my experience "on program" using as few words as possible. I want to see if the beauty of the food can inspire people to lose weight while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
This is my first time on Nutrisystem. I am not a paid endorser.
